The Queen was spotted busy at work today (Tues) as she returned to London by TRAIN today (Tues) after her winter break at Sandringham and a day after becoming the first British monarch to reach their Sapphire Jubilee. The 88-year-old, who was wearing her glasses, was seen with her briefcase open as she caught the 10.54 service from King's Lynn to King's Cross. She looked to be in high spirits as she smiled and chatted to a friend, who sat next to her reading a newspaper. The Queen, who was not accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, wore a green coat and floral headscarf for the 90-minute journey. She had a seat in a first class carriage on the Great Northern Thameslink train and her ticket is believed to have cost GBP 56.10.
